How much is shipping?
We're happy to offer:
- FLAT RATE OF 5$ on all orders UNDER 200$ - Canada-wide (10 provinces)
- FLAT RATE OF 30$ on all orders OVER 200$ -- Canada-wide (10 provinces)
We ship all orders from our Montreal warehouse using UPS, shipping times vary throughout Canada.
Most in-stock items (parts and tools) are shipped within 24 hours - Tracking information is provided upon shipment.
If you're in the Montreal area, a free SHOWROOM PICKUP option in Saint-Henri is also possible. By the way, we're right next to the Canal Lachine bicycle path!
At checkout, you will be asked to enter the address then you will have to pick between the Flat Rate Shipping fee or the Showroom Pickup option.

Will I get tracking information?
Most bikes are built in about 5-6 business days and shipped the next. As soon as your bike has been built and shipped, you will get a notification email with a tracking number.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, during checkout you can specify a different shipping address than your billing address.
Will my bike arrive assembled?
Your bike is partially dissembled for shipment and packed in a heavyweight 7-layer shipping carton. Though packed for shipment, your Courselle Cycle bike will arrive 90% assembled. All you have to do is attach the front wheel, pedals, handlebar and do some minor tuning and tweaking.
For proper assembly and safety, it is recommended to have your bike checked out by a trained bicycle mechanic.

If you are in the NEW YORK METRO AREA, we offer a FLAT RATE OF 89$ CAD on all orders. We ship all orders from our Montreal warehouse using UPS. If you have a really small order, don't hesitate to contact us at info@coursellecycles.com and we'll find you a cheaper quote!
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country standards. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Courselle Cycles, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return your item, you may do so within 10 days of delivery. All items must be in brand new condition, meaning the item has not been assembled, ridden, or used in any other creative manner and is received by Courselle Cycles in its original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Outside of 10 days of delivery, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received to Courselle Cycles damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, no refund will be given and the item will not be re-sent.
If you receive your order and there is damage, please send photos of the damaged packaging, and the damaged item next to the shipping label to info@coursellecycles.com
